Order details: your name, delivery address in Bali, arrival date, contact number (WhatsApp) and email, and the items you order.
Payment information: card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
Usage data: basic, anonymous analytics about how the site is used, so we can improve it.

How we use your information

To prepare, deliver and coordinate your order.
To contact you about your order or delivery.
To handle returns, refunds and customer support.
To improve our products and website.

Who we share it with

We only share what is necessary with trusted providers who help us run the business, such as our payment processor (Stripe) and delivery partners. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
