Delivery is free on all orders across Bali.
Tell us your arrival date at checkout and we'll time your delivery so your kit is waiting at your villa or accommodation when you land. For orders once you've already arrived, we typically deliver within 1–2 days. We confirm the delivery window and address with you (usually via WhatsApp) before your kit is sent.
We deliver to your hotel, villa or accommodation address in Bali. After your order we'll confirm the exact address and any access details with you directly.
