These terms apply when you use the NomadCare website and when you order from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
NomadCare kits contain general wellness and travel comfort items sourced locally from trusted brands. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical care. Always read the label, follow the usage directions, and seek a doctor or pharmacist for any medical concern. Product images are for illustration; the exact brands and packaging you receive may differ by region and availability.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include the items described. You can order through this website or via WhatsApp. We confirm your order and delivery details before delivery. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we are unable to deliver to your location, in which case you will not be charged or will be refunded.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may also arrange payment when ordering via WhatsApp. We do not store your full card details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NomadCare is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
